Who we are

SecureOne Inc. has provided local, regional and nationwide contract security services since 2002. Our corporate management team has more than 250 years of combined security experience, and our management philosophy goes beyond satisfying the terms of a contract. This site focuses on one part of that work: security for warehouses, distribution centers and logistics yards. Those sites have their own rhythm, with trucks at the gate, freight on the dock, trailers in the yard and a workforce that can change with the season. Our warehouse security guards and the programs built around them are designed for that environment.

How we work with every client

Every client has a single point of contact available 24/7, backed by administrative support, consistent communication and suggestions for improvement. The Customers Matter program keeps our managers measured on how well each client is served. We are not the least expensive security provider, and we say so. About 76 percent of our new clients come to us as referrals from existing clients.

Training

SecureOne hires officers with prior military, law enforcement or security experience, and every officer is First Aid and CPR certified. Our in-house Director of Training oversees custom training programs for each client's industry and facility, so officers learn your gate procedure, dock layout and post orders before their first shift. Technology

Officers file shift reports, incident reports, photos and checkpoint scans in Vision InSites, our real-time reporting platform, so you can see what happened on your property as it happens. Patrol vehicles carry GPS Insight tracking and 360-degree in-car cameras, and WinTeam handles scheduling and billing for consistent coverage across one building or many.
